My Lip Injection Experience
I’m officially three weeks post-lip filler, and I’ve had a lot of questions about the process. Here are my top 3 tips if it is something you’re considering, I am so happy I did it!
Pick an experienced injector. For crying out loud, don’t try to Groupon something this important or head to your neighbor’s basement filler/Botox party. Save money on your toilet paper, not your face.
Have inspiration pics to share with your injector. I went in knowing the look I wanted and didn’t want. You’re not being rude voicing your opinion. After all, you have to live with it.
Look at your injector’s work. Does every client look the same? Do you like what you’re seeing? If not, keep searching. Consult with them prior to the process as well.
Allison at Amelia Aesthetics was absolutely amazing during the process. She never once tried to sway me away from what I wanted. She clearly explained the risks, product used, and procedure. It is evident she loves her work and her patients. Oh, and she’s super patient. I chickened out twice before finally keeping this appointment. 🙈.
