My Travel Essentials
Remember mid-March 2020? You know when the “world stopped?” Yeah, most folks want to forget that. However, things seem to be moving in the right direction. For lots of folks, that means traveling agin. These are my top 5 essentials for any trip, business, or pleasure!
Colorful Roller Bag
Let me start by saying I’m known to be the “Carry On Queen.” However, every now and then I’ll check a bag. Either way, you can spot my bag from across the airport. Having a colorful roller bag or one that has some distinct print is super helpful when at the carousel to pick up luggage. No more picking up that wrong black bag.
Toiletry Bag
I like to keep things compact. This bag holds my makeup and toiletries easily. My favorite part is the plastic lining so if you do have a spill, your entire bag isn’t ruined. While this color is no longer available, I’ve linked a black one.
Battery Pack
My biggest travel fear…a dead cell phone. Lol! But really, you don’t want to search for an outlet at the airport to charge and you never know when you may get delayed. The best part about this pack is iPhone users, you do NOT need your charging cord. It has one built-in! It does have a USB port as well for Androids but you’ll need your own cord.
Tripod
Okay, hear me out on this one. Maybe I’m weird but I hate asking strangers to take pics of me (if traveling alone) or of me and the hubs. This tripod is super compact, has a Bluetooth clicker, and doubles as a selfie stick.
Mask
Like or love it, we still have to have them for air travel and in some public spaces. Lightweight, breathable and comfy are a must. While I couldn’t link my exact ones, these are super similar.
Hopefully these help you as you prepare for your next adventure. Wherever 2022 takes you, I pray you’re safe and have the best time!
