Valentine's Day Breakfast Recipe
As the old saying goes, “the way to the heart is through the stomach.” We all know food is a love of mine and I do venture away from my crockpot from time to time. Of course, I still keep it easy though. Here’s a fun, festive take on Valentine’s breakfast perfect for your family this. year!
Ingredients:
1 can of cinnamon rolls
Baking sprinkles of choice
Round cake pan
Baking sheet or wax paper
Instructions:
Separate cinnamon rolls as usual. Unroll one at a time. Roll in each side from the top about ⅓ of the way down. Close together the top rolls and create a heart shape. Place in a round cake pan with the V shape towards the inside of the pan. Repeat with the remainder of the cinnamon rolls. Bake according to package directions. Ice the entire pan. Add baking sprinkles on top (of course, if you’re feeling fancy you can make your rolls from scratch!).
Less than 20 minutes from start to finish you’ve got a sweet treat for breakfast. Hope your family LOVES them as much as mine!
