My Favorite Amazon Travel Products
My 2019 calendar is filled with lots of travel, both domestic and abroad. Having so many trips planned, I’m all about the hacks to make packing easier. In true Holly fashion, I’m sharing a few of my favorite new finds from Amazon.
Sunscreen
Regardless of the weather, you KNOW you should be wearing sunscreen (preaching to myself here.) This Banana Boat SPF 50 doesn’t cost an arm and leg, AND it is TSA approved! It’s always better to take this with you than buy it when you’re at your destination to save money.
Wallet
Keep all of your important items, including your passport, together in a travel wallet. I like this one because it also has a strap so I can use it as a wristlet and forego a purse. It comes in a variety of colors and is suitable for both genders.
Cell Phone Power Bank
You can never have enough battery power for your cell phone, especially if you’re traveling with kids or have a teenager in your crew. A power bank is a must! I love this one because it has the cord built in so there’s no need for extra stuff and it charges super quick.
First Aid Kit
I guess being a girl scout taught me one thing; always be prepared. I’m kind of accident prone so at some point during a trip I’m going to need a bandaid. A travel size first aid kit is the perfect way to keep your bandages, ointment and small emergency items handy for thos unexpected boo boos. I like to put one in each adult’s carry on if I’m traveling with my family.
Carry On Spinner
Team Carry On all the way over here. I hate giving the airline my hard earned money for a bag they’re going to throw around like a sack of potatoes. Grab yourself a spinner in a fun print like this one.
Beach Bag
If it’s a tropical destination you’re headed to, a beach bag is a must! This clear one has colorful handles, but the plastic allows you to easily wipe it off before departing. It also packs easily in your suitcase and doesn’t become another piece of luggage that has to be hauled around.
Bookbag
The convenience of a bookbag as my personal item on a trip is a no brainer. Not only does it hold everything I want while in route, it is easy to carry when out and about wherever my travels take me. This Vera Bradley is my favorite because of the hidden opening at the back that allows you to slide it onto the handle of your luggage. Hello free hands!
Wireless Ear Buds
News flash...NO ONE wants to listen to your music and vice versa. These affordable wireless ear buds will save you grief and eye rolls from fellow travelers. Also, “if” they don’t make it back home, it’s not like you’ve lost your coveted Beats Headphones or Apple Airpods. And once again, they’re a space saver.
A Good Book
I’ll leave this one up to you, but if I’m traveling, I’m reading. Sometimes it’s the only quiet time I get. If you’re not sure what to pick, check out the Prime Reading section on Amazon for the hottest finds.
Makeup/Toiletry Bag
Vera Bradley for the win again. The prints are fun and the product is so functional. I can fit a week’s worth of makeup, skincare and other toiletry items in here with no problem.
These are just a few items that make my travel life easier. I hope they help as you say Bon Voyage to your next adventure as well!
