My Pumpkin Cheeseball Recipe

You might have seen me share this appetizer before, but it is always a crowd favorite, and for good reason. I put a little festive twist on it for the fall, perfect for Halloween and beyond!.

Ingredients

2 blocks cream cheese (softened)

1 can (12.5 oz) white meat chicken drained & shredded

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix

2 cups Cheeze-It (or any orange cracker) crushed

1 pepper stem

Fishing line or twine

Mix cream cheese, chicken, cheddar & ranch.  Roll into a ball.  Roll in crushed orange crackers.  Wrap in cellophane/plastic wrap.  Use twine to “divide” the ball into 6 sections.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Remove twine and plastic wrap.  Add stem to top of “pumpkin.”  Serve with crackers.
