Ingredients
6 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
1 Jalapeño
Cilantro to taste
2 tsp minced garlic
Juice of 1-2 limes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Blend until smooth. Heat in a crockpot for 2 hours on low, stirring occassionaly. Refrigerate and serve.
