Bunny Bait

I’m usually the Amazon Prime Mom but holidays tend to bring out my creative side, especially in the kitchen. Here’s an easy, colorful treat everyone is sure to love this Easter. Who knows? You might even catch the Easter Bunny with it!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups of plain popcorn (premade or you can pop it yourself)

• 1 cup of pretzel sticks

• 1 cup of mini marshmallows

• 2/3 cup of strawberry sugar wafers

• 1 cup of white chocolate chips

• Pastel sprinkles

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add popcorn, pretzel sticks and marshmallows.  Next, crumble up about strawberry sugar wafers.  Mix these dry ingredients together.  Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips using the package directions.  Mix into the bowl with dry ingredients.  Quickly add in as many sprinkles as you would like. Let cool and the chocolate will harden.  Store in an airtight container for freshness.
