Big Mac Casserole

Big Mac Casserole, an easy weeknight dinner for this busy time of the year and for the summer!

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

  • Garlic & onion powder to taste 

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles 

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Tator tots

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain ground beef

  2. Add in mayo, Thousand Island dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickles. Spread in the bottom of greased casserole dish. 

  3. Top with a layer of cheese and then a single layer of tator tots.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. 

  5. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
