What I Can’t Live Without Right Now
I think we have all almost survived the longest month of the year! And you know my household wouldn’t have made it without Amazon Prime.
I’ve gathered a list of my 5 most favorite items so far of 2019 and how they’ve made life a little more bearable.
Air Fryer
Like many of you, we too have made changes for our health this year. As much as I love my crockpots and Instapot, you can’t cook “everything” in there. I’ve caught the air fryer bug for those night’s when a crockpot meal just won’t cut it. We chose a Krups XL. It’s large enough for 4 thin chicken breast, easy to use and cleans up easily. Stay tuned for future blogs about some of my new found favorite recipes.
Sleep
We all need it and unfortunately the last 5 and a half years I haven’t got a ton of it thanks to my child’s poor sleeping habits. I had tried melatonin drops in the past with no significant change in her sleep pattern. Since starting Kindergarten I knew a good night’s sleep was even more important to her learning. Thanks to a recommendation by a friend, these Zarbee’s gummies have become a part of our nighttime routine. Aubrey loves them and after just a few days I could tell a difference in her sleep habits. I’m super thankful that we’re both getting the rest we need.
Organization
For whatever reason, my husband thinks a laundry room should be spotless. Not sure what planet he’s living on, but I’m trying to accommodate. He always fusses about the piles of sorted laundry in the floor. My rolling 3 compartment laundry sorter is the perfect addition to our laundry room to keep us both happy.
Personal Product
You know I love a good self tanner this time of year. I often use the gradual lotion, as I’ve shared before, but when I do like tanning foam or mousse too. I absolutely cannot apply it with my hands without it streaking and staining my hands. I highly recommend a tanning mitt. For a little over $5 you get multiple uses and no streaks or orange hands. It is typically an Add-On item so I grab one every few orders so I’m never caught in a jam.
School
Mama’s prepare yourselves. The 100th Day of School is quickly approaching. It definitely snuck up on me! Most elementary schools celebrate this and you of course want your little one to be right in the middle of it. Pinterest it if you want, but you know what Aubrey will be rocking on day 100. And of course the Prime shipping sure helped when I placed my order on school day 96. Here’s a super cute and budget friendly shirt that will work for a boy or a girl.
